ADMISSION
Program admission is granted solely at the discretion of IICRS management, in accordance with the specific admission criteria for each program. Such criteria may involve admission tests, interviews, group discussions, or electronic/web-based assessments.
STUDENT AGREEMENT & STUDENT CONSENT FORM
Admission to the program would confirm, after acceptance of this agreement by the student, including Student Informed Consent Form, as per Annexure 1.
USER RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF WEBSITE (S) AND COURSE CONTENT
Access to the website/Course Content: Upon qualification, IICRS will grant you temporary rights (the "Access Rights" or "Rights"), to access and use the content and/or website content for personal use only.
User Conduct: You agree to access and use the website and course content only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the knowledge of and adherence to any and all laws, statutes, rules and regulations, pertaining to

Sharing is Prohibited: Sharing your login credentials (username and password) with others is strictly forbidden.

One User, One Login: Your login credentials are for your exclusive use only.

REGISTRATION, ENROLLMENT AND OBLIGATION
Registration Fees and Access:

To register as a user, you'll pay an annual registration fee. This fee is automatically added to your course fee.

Registered users get unlimited access to the website for the entire course duration, starting from your registration date. This includes viewing enrolled modules, taking tests, accessing training records, and enrolling in additional modules (if available).
Program Completion:

All students are expected to complete their chosen program within the valid registration period.
Extensions:

If you don't complete the program on time, you can extend access for one month at a cost of Rs. 2,000 (US$50).
Re-registration:

To continue the program after one year of expiry, you'll need to re-register for Rs. 4,500 (US$70)..
Enrollment Options:

You can choose to enroll in individual modules within a course or the entire course at once. Enrolling in the entire course will automatically enroll you in all its modules (where applicable).
Service Validity Period:

IICRC's obligation to provide services is limited to the duration of your active enrollment. Once the enrollment period expires, IICRC is no longer obligated to offer any services.
FEE PAYMENT, LATE FEE CHARGES & REFUND POLICY
Understanding Fees and Payment:

The program fee structure follows IICRS's established policies. This includes tuition, service tax, and any additional charges determined by management.

All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in IICRS's refund policy. Accepted payment methods include cash, checks, bank drafts, credit cards, wire transfers, and any other options authorized by IICRS.
Payment Schedule and Consequences of Late Payments:
In-Classroom Students:
- You are required to pay all stipulated fees according to the provided payment schedule, including any applicable service tax.

Late payments will incur a 3% monthly interest charge on the outstanding balance.

Students with outstanding fees may face restricted access to exams, withheld results, or delayed certificate/diploma issuance. Additionally, these students may be marked inactive and potentially removed from IICRS records. They will also be ineligible for interview, placement, or other support services offered by IICRS.

The payment schedule is subject to change, and IICRS will inform students of any revisions.
Online/Distance Learning Students:

Failure to adhere to the fee schedule will result in disabled online access until outstanding fees are settled.
Fee Changes and Taxes:

IICRS reserves the right to revise fees and charges at any time without prior student notification.

Students are responsible for paying any government-imposed taxes immediately upon demand from IICRS. These taxes may even apply retroactively.
We recommend you refer to the official IICRS policy documents for the most up-to-date information on fees, refunds, and payment schedules.
EXAMINATION FEE
Final examination fee is included in the fee. However, Re-examination fee is Rs.3,500/- or US$50 in case student does not pass the final exam, student would require to pay Rs.3,500/- or US$50 to re-appear. In case student does not appear into the final exam due to any reason, student would need to pay Rs.3,500/- or US$ 50 to appear into the exam conduct again as per the schedule decided the academic committee.
ATTENDANCE
For all classroom programs 95% attendance is mandatory. In case the attendance is lower than 95%, IICRS has right to prohibit you from appearing for the exams. IICRS will not be responsible for the placement support and other training / internship support provided to the students if the attendance is below 95%.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The website and all course content, whether printed or digital, are the intellectual property of IICRS and are safeguarded by Indian and International Copyright laws. This includes all copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights associated with the materials.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, you are prohibited from using any part of the website or course content for commercial or non-commercial purposes without obtaining prior written permission from IICRS and/or its course partners.

TERMINATION
Termination of Enrollment and Program Access
Reasons for Termination by IICRS:
IICRS reserves the right to terminate your enrollment for various reasons, including:
- Acts of indiscipline, ragging, violence, or drug use.
- Threatening or inappropriate behavior towards staff, faculty, management, or fellow students.
- Non-payment of fees, taxes, or service charges.
Automatic Program Expiration:
Your program registration will automatically expire after one year or the duration of your specific program, whichever is longer, unless you renew it.
Termination by You:
You have the right to terminate your agreement with IICRS at any time. However, no fee refunds will be provided in this case.
Termination Process by IICRS:
If IICRS terminates your enrollment, you will be notified via email to the address on your profile. This notification is considered received within one hour of transmission. Termination takes effect immediately, and your login credentials will no longer grant access to the website.
Restarting the Program:
If you wish to resume the program after termination, you'll need to submit a written request and pay any applicable restart charges in addition to any outstanding fees.

WAIVER
IICRS’s failure to insist on compliance or enforcement of any provision of this Agreement shall not affect its validity or enforceability or constitute a waiver of future enforcement of that provision or of any other provision of this Agreement.
NO THRID PARTY BENEFICIERIES
Enrollment of any student in the Training Programs, shall not entitle any person (including, without limitation, members) to any rights as third party beneficiary.
APPLICABLE LAWS AND JURISDICTION
IICRS Operates Globally, But Local Laws Apply:
- IICRS conducts its business and controls its websites (including www.iicrs.com) from the National Capital Region of Delhi, India.
